We have 4 levels of organizational entities. The Managing partners which are the owners of the business then the General Managers which are heading different departments of the organization. Then there are Managers of the departments. Due to the size of the organization, there are very good working conditions in the office environment which is leading to the success of the Organization. The organization’s small size also ensures better Check and Balance and Accountability of the Financial Records. What makes City Car different from the rest of local and national Car Rental Companies is its ‘Organized Working’ aiming at Customer Satisfaction. City Car has set up five departments at its main office in Islamabad where professionally competent and dedicated staff works for the smooth operations.
All vehicles are complete H.S.E. standard requirements i.e. necessary
tools, spare wheel, seat belts, first aid box, etc. additional
requirements where needed are also provided as per directions
according to the nature of job/field.
Our chauffeurs are well acquainted with all the types of fields and we
do not hesitate to perform the challenging tasks. We always take
maximum care to satisfy our clients in rendering our tasks according
to requirement and directions of our honorable lessees.
